Google Apps Implementation

Google’s cloud based email solution was the suggested solution for its 99.9% reliability and flexibility when working with roaming staff.The client’s stafffrequentlytravelled for business, the Google Apps setup gave themaccessto emails, calendars and contacts on the run from laptops and smart phones.

IT Switch also organised the registration of a domain name to give a professional look to emails, such as myname@mybusiness.com.au.

Google apps also enabled the client to share spreadsheets and word documents to each other without the need to install extra software or any special configuration. IT Switch provided all the configuration and training for Google Apps and even imported the clients existing emails from Outlook to Google Apps.
